Mosman Council, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, were committed to supporting older adults and people living with disability in the municipality, They required a communications consultant to assist in getting the message out about their services.
Since 2018, I have being working as their Community Liaison and Promotions Officer to promote the services offered by Council. Making use of their many electronic platforms as well as print newsletters and the local newspaper, I have been writing promotional content and good news stories in order to grow the brand. This has included website copy, launching an SMS advertising platform, running focus groups, delivering promotional talks to associated suppliers and upper management, and annual reporting.
