Innovations is a specialist general merchandise online and catalogue company operating in Australia and New Zealand. With over 2 million customers through catalogue, showroom and Internet sales, Innovations offers a wide range of products including The Fox Collection needlework and craft catalogue.
An important part of building the brand was to have strong engagement with clients. The Fox Collection needed a copywriter and brand voice specialist to interview crafter clients, write humorous and engaging stories/articles, and update website content. My passion for people – and craft – made me a natural fit for this role and I worked freelance as part of this team for a very enjoyable almost 10 years!
